Scott Home Inspection inspected my newly built home in the Berthoud community and I can say they did a fantastic job! They worked with us to schedule the main inspection and followed up with a radon test once we closed to ensure an accurate reading. They were mindful, respectful and left no mess! Would use them again and recommend highly.

Scott home inspection scheduled us in on a short notice and did a terrific job on site. The report was detailed and easy to read and covered the findings right on site with us. All problem areas were color coded and outlined with photos to back up the report. We would engage Scott Home Inspection again in the future when we need a thorough home inspection.

Our realtor set up our home inspection for a house we are buying. I was very impressed with how efficient the process was. The app makes it very easy to pay for the service and see my results. Very easy to navigate. Our inspector was polite and did a good inspection to help us be informed on what issues were present and which are minor vs more important. I only wish we had more time to walk through the house to see the findings. He did take photos and the report was detailed. I am just a visual learner.

We used Scott Home for a recent condo purchase in Boulder CO and our tech, Dave Speilman, was truly excellent. He took all the time I needed, and I'm meticulous, walking me through the property familiarizing me with all the mechanical and structural nuances. He also was careful to find out where we owned other properties so that he could call our attention to things we may not even know to ask, such as shoveling responsibility and how to winterize pipes.
