What a great company to do business with, i called them they explain the services they do along with all their prices upfront. they got me in their scheduled right away. the service tech came and performed all the air testing and in no time they were done. very professional, i highly recommend them!
Amazing work and great agent. Very thorough, Ryan acted like he was the buyer, did not miss any thing.
I would always use Scott inspection in the future.. Dave specifically was amazing. His attention to detail and walking through everything with me was exception. Had a great attitude, but also educated me the new ones of the inspection property. Thanks for a really well done.
Very thorough. Can't recommend you enough! Great photos throughout the inspection. I will use this again for the sale of my own home.
Great experience overall with this company. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, communicated with us when the technicians were earlier or later than scheduled and throughly inspected the property answering my questions along the way. Definitely recommend!
The inspector was so kind! The inspection was thorough, the report explained everything in a clear and concise manner
