Team Scott from Scott Home Inspections is a great company to work with. Every aspect, from the initial scheduling request to the actual inspection of my property was smooth and easy. Todd, our inspector, went above and beyond to make sure our inspection was thorough. This was an especially difficult assignment. Todd was flexible, knowledgeable and competent throughout. His report was comprehensive and helpful. I am happy that we found Team Scott. I would definitely use them again.
While we were not on site for our home inspection, our realtor was there on our behalf and said the inspection was extremely thorough and did a good job. We are grateful!
Fantastic efficient , friendly and thorough inspection. Competitive pricing . If you need a house inspection this is the company to use . Very satisfied.
Service was great!! Very thorough. The inspectors were very informative and also gave good advice.
Quick to schedule. Detailed inspection that I got to attend as it was being performed. Well designed inspection report. What's not to like?
Scott Home Inspection provided excellent service inspecting a new property before closing the sale. I really appreciated the level of detail we received from the inspection as we could not be there in person. The online system had everything sorted by category and easily searchable and lots of pictures. The process was smooth and easy. Absolutely great service, which we will use again when we need home inspection.
Everything went well with the inspection for the home we were under contract to buy. The inspector, Scott, showed up on time, was thorough, and walked us through his summary. He provided a comprehensive written report along with the summary later that evening. The process was smooth and we were glad we hired this company for the inspection.
Very thorough! Friendly and on time! Very patient with all my questions. would definitely recommend!
Was very satisfied with the inspection performed by Scott Home Inspection. The inspector was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Dehn even went above and beyond and inspected items not normally included in an inspection.
