We were quite happy with the quality of his work, including his attention to detail. He thoroughly discussed the inspection results with us.
Wow this was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Our inspector Brett was incredibly thorough, not only in the inspection but also in the way he shared all of his findings with us clearly. We felt so much more prepared for the inspection objection phase of the buying process, and ended up getting the support we needed from the seller. As a first time home buyer I had been told by many friends and family to expect the inspection process to be less than desirable. Luckily, I chose Scott Home Inspection and my experience was great! The office staff was professional and helpful, and my inspector (Jeff Trousil) was on time, kind, and patient. He was quite thorough and I felt very empowered and knowledgeable after our meeting. I ... read more
Scott home inspection was great! After the inspection was completed, a detailed report was sent to my email. I had a few questions, Scott returned my call in a few minutes and was happy to answer all my questions, and give me some good recommendations. The staff is super nice as well..Being a first time home buyer I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Scott Home Inspection.
Scott home inspection made the process seamless from start to finish! Their staff is very friendly and they take the time to really explain everything to you. They make great recommendations and really seem to care. Couldn't recommend them enough!
Excellent service, great quality work...overall great experience! Happy with the performance and the inspector was super helpful and nice.
When we needed a quick turnaround for an inspection, Scott Home Inspection was there the next morning for a thorough inspection and completed the report by the afternoon.
5 stars for responsiveness and service. We had a quick escrow and the Scott team was able to accommodate our schedule. The inspection was thorough, and the report was easy to read. A plus is that it's useful as a reference for ownership of this home. Would absolutely recommend their service.
Amazing and kind!! Would definitely recommend this company! Extremely thorough and knowledgeable!!
