Very impressed with everyone I worked with at Scott. The woman I talked with when scheduling the appointment was extremely helpful. Todd was outside when I showed up, and he was very nice and let me know that I could ask him any questions during the process. The sewer scope was complete first, and the inspector (I can't remember his name) was great. I had bought two previous houses in Texas, and the sewer scope isn't part of the standard inspection. Scott Home Inspection was recommended to us through our agent. They did an extremely thorough job, their staff was always friendly and approachable, and they created an in depth record that proved beneficial during negotiations and will help us make repairs for years to come. Wow! I am really impressed with Scott Home Inspection! As expected, they conducted a thorough inspection. The inspector spent a fair amount of time with me walking through the house and showing meany area of concern. He explained his process and gave me some great insights. One of the best things they provide is the ability to create a repair request from the online report. Scott home inspection worked to make sure we could be fit into their busy schedule on a short timeline. Their report was easy to read and covered an extensive report on the condition of the property. All problem areas were outlined and plenty of photos were there to back up the report. We would engage Scott Home Inspection again in the future when we need a thorough home inspection.

Well, it's pretty simple to leave a good review. Scott home Inspection did exactly what they said they were going to do and were supposed to do. They were timely, professional, followed up, communicated and did their job in a very professional manner. As a out of state buyer, they truly put me at ease and assured me in a non biased manner what was right and wrong with the home we are purchasing. They care and do there job. As a business owner myself, I give them 6 stars.

Scott Home Inspection was seamless in its provision of services, not missing a beat. They were thorough and specific in their investigation and analysis, and in their providing of information to us. They were fast in accomplishing their work, surprising us with that, getting everything done from start to finish in no time at all. And they accommodated our being out of state, and showed our son, a resident of FoCo, around the property and its details. Furthermore, they satisfied his engineer's standards, no small feat.

Highly recommend. Scheduling was easy and they were able to schedule all 3 services we wanted on the same day. Friendly staff. Inspector (Mike Donahue) was very nice and on time. Very thorough inspection with a detailed report including pictures. They are available for additional questions after the inspection which was a nice service. Will use them again for future inspection needs!

Scott Home Inspection provided inspection services on my new home and they were FANTASTIC. They were able to accommodate the exact day I needed, and their team was prompt, efficient, friendly, and incredibly thorough. I have had home inspections before, but their report was the most comprehensive one I've ever seen. I feel so much more confident about moving into my new home thanks to their impressive level of detail and care. HIGHLY recommend!
