First off, Kadee from the customer service team was a dream to work with. She answered all my questions and followup in a timely manner. Todd, the inspector, wowed me with his high level of efficiency and professionalism. He walked me through his findings and all my questioned were answered. The inspection was at 1pm and he had the PDF report emailed to me the same day. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Scott Home Inspection. They were responsive from start to end, calling me to ensure they could make the inspection work within my tight deadlines and moving the radon test earlier to accommodate. The inspector was great as well - very communicative and thorough. I highly recommend them!

Great company - used them for 3 home inspection in the past year (bought three properties in Boulder County). Friendly, responsive staff, knowledgeable inspector, good price, thorough and detailed report. They also were great about responding to my questions after the home inspection. Highly recommend.

Scott Home was recommended by my realtor, and I'm glad. We were super impressed by our inspector, Dave Spielman. This is the 6th home we have bought, and Dave was very thorough and knowledgeable, and explained everything to us. He was patient with our many questions. The report is a very nice format also and very thorough.Their customer service team has also been very responsive.

I had my home inspection done yesterday by Todd, he was awesome. Quick and efficient, after the inspection he explained everything well and was pleased to have my business. Excellent customer service, showed up slightly early, which I thought was great, very nice guy.

I have purchased 4 homes in the last 20 years in the Loveland area. Scott Home Inspection (Joe) provided an incredibly detailed and thorough inspection on our latest home including a detailed written report, photos and recommendations. Very professional and yet personable and friendly. A+

Normally, I don't waste my time writing about non-edible businesses. But these guys are awesome, and they deserve all the stars you can eat. Even though you can't eat a home inspection. I mean, I tried: I gnawed on that radon test monitor like crazy, but it didn't really do much for me. We're first-time homebuyers (a.k.a. completely clueless, slightly paranoid idiots), and our realtor recommended that we call Scott for an inspection. And because we're completely clueless, my fiance and I peppered our poor inspector, ... read more

As a Realtor in Boulder, I have worked with many home inspectors over the years. George is by far the most thorough, professional inspector that I have ever worked with. My clients are always delighted with his knowledge and attention to detail, and he really takes the time to walk through the property and answer questions and offer suggestions. His reports are always extremely detailed and informative. When I work with George, I can rest assured knowing my clients are in wonderful hands.
