Our inspector Jeff Trousil was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and completed thorough inspection of the home we are buying. Inspection report covered all the bases in a easy to understand way. I would highly recommend Scott Home Inspection!
I'm blown away! James B completed the inspection on my new build and after delivering his report I feel like he went through there with a fine tooth comb and maybe some Batman level tech. I've had home inspections before on previous homes and it was not nearly as detailed as this! They were very easy to work with. Scott Home Inspection provided a very thorough online report that included pictures of the items that were inspected.
Dave was our inspector and he was very thorough and took time to explain everything to us. We got a detailed report the same evening. Would definitely recommend.
Jason did a great and thorough job inspecting a home for me. He dug in to things with great detail that I even received compliments on the information provided by Jason from contractors I was hiring to fix the issues. Highly recommend. Quick responses and service!
Dave went up and beyond on our inspection. He was very detailed and was a great communicator (even with the complexities of us in a different state). I highly recommend Scott Home Inspections.
Woody from Scott Home Inspection was wonderful! He was very thorough in his inspection and was great at explaining everything to us. He was timely, wore a mask, very professional, and friendly. He answered all of our questions and showed us examples throughout the house to make sure we were all on the same page. We were really impressed with how Scott Home Inspection's entire operation works. Their booking process was super easy, you could choose a time online and got a confirmation email and call within 24 hours. Their cust... read more
Quick response, very knowledgable customer service oriented inspector. Easy to read report. Helpful phone support. Wide range of inspection options... besided the base inspection, we have used Scott Home Inspection for sewer inspections, asbestos inspections (found some!), mold inspections, and infrared leak detection inspections. Recommended!
Thorough and efficient operation, good communication, and nice software for reviewing inspection reports.
