Dave was our inspector and he was very thorough and took time to explain everything to us. We got a detailed report the same evening. Would definitely recommend.

The pricing was up front and easy to add on( I opted for the sewer and radon check). The report is the best I have seen, and documented all issues throughly. I would definitely use them for all future home inspections.
