We've now purchased / sold homes in TX, CA and Boulder. This was the most thorough and thoughtful inspection we've ever had! Joe was our inspector and he was fantastic. The report is great, and he spent over an hour with us after the inspection reviewing every detail on the phone! Beyond the inspection itself, the entire staff is just amazing. We recently had our home inspected with Scott Home Inspection and highly recommend their service. From the first call to the inspection itself, the entire team was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was extremely impressed with Scott Home Inspection. Dave was very thorough in doing the survey results walk through, explaining every detail and appliance we went over. From the first phone call to set up the appointment until receiving our results, everything was seamless, everyone was extremely pleasant to work with and I will definitely be recommending Scott Home Inspection to others and will certainly use again down the road.

Very informative and professional. Todd was extremely helpful in answering every single question I had and I am confident in the inspection results. As a first time home buyer, I wanted to understand how important each finding was, and if it was something I could do myself or would have to hire a specialist. Best inspector I've worked with yet. Brett was thorough and professional on our new construction inspection which found a handful of small items, and the report was clear and factual to make addressing them with our builder very easy. We scheduled at the last minute and they were able to fit us in the next day, and they have a nice modern system with all the notes and pictures taken on his phone, discussed before he leaves, credit card payment, and delivered only a few hours later. First off, Kadee from the customer service team was a dream to work with. She answered all my questions and followup in a timely manner. Todd, the inspector, wowed me with his high level of efficiency and professionalism. He walked me through his findings and all my questioned were answered. The inspection was at 1pm and he had the PDF report emailed to me the same day. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Scott Home Inspection. They were responsive from start to end, calling me to ensure they could make the inspection work within my tight deadlines and moving the radon test earlier to accommodate. Great company - used them for 3 home inspection in the past year (bought three properties in Boulder County). Friendly, responsive staff, knowledgeable inspector, good price, thorough and detailed report. They also were great about responding to my questions after the home inspection. Highly recommend.
