Scott Home Inspection provides a streamlined experience. They allow you to order your inspection items online, communicate with your agent for you, and deliver an easy to use online inspection report. My particular home inspector, Adam, was on time, professional, and helped me learn a lot as a first-time homebuyer. He moved quickly to make sure every corner of the home was inspected, but also let me shadow him to learn about items with which I was concerned. 10/10 - use Scott Home Inspection

We have made an offer for house in Boulder coming from NJ. Our relator recommended Scott Home Inspection. The inspector arrived on time and spent over two hours going over the entire house. Note and photographed every issue and also helped us understand many of the features that were new to us. Many of the issues were known to the seller owners and were already planning to work. Dave, our inspector, went beyond our expectations in our recent home inspection! The inspector from Scott Home was professional and thorough in the inspection of our new home. We were able to set up the inspection on short notice, which was helpful for our quick closing. He explained everything mechanical & structural in a palatable way and helped us to understand what needed further attention. We called in a structural engineer, per the inspector's recommendation, and were reassured that the foundation was sound. Scott Home Inspection was recommended to me by a colleague and I'd definitely recommend them to others. I had them do a pre-purchase inspection, sewer scope, and radon. It was easy to schedule online and they followed up promptly. The inspectors were friendly and did a very thorough inspection. The report they produce after the inspection is detailed, with photos and suggestions. They're knowledgeable in the technical details of any problems they find, but they explain them in terms anyone can understand.
