Scott Home Inspection inspected the house we are buying in Longmont, CO. The inspectors that came (separate inspectors for the house and sewer / radon testing) were professional and knowledgeable. The final report was comprehensive and easy to access online, with summary as well as detailed information available. I saw the inspection report the seller got from a competitor company in Longmont, and the inspection done by Scott Home Inspection was more comprehensive and helpful.

Scott Home Inspection inspected a townhouse we were purchasing in Boulder, Colorado. The people were friendly, and responses were prompt and professional. The inspector arrived early to inspect the common areas, and was thorough in his review of the interior of the unit. He was responsive when we found things for him to inspect. We especially liked that the company called me when one of the services we ordered was deemed not worth doing, and credited me back for the cost. They could have just done it and charged me inste... read more

After I reviewed my last inspection, I was able to make a good decision based on the report. I decided not to buy the home due to some of the issues that arises. I am so glad I went with this company, because today I completed a second home inspection for a different property, and I was so amazed by the difference in the homes quality/condition. I made sure I went with Adam Jones, although I'm very sure everyone else on the team does an excellent job. Adam represents the company very well, and I would definitely put this com... read more

Scott Home Inspection provides a streamlined experience. They allow you to order your inspection items online, communicate with your agent for you, and deliver an easy to use online inspection report. My particular home inspector, Adam, was on time, professional, and helped me learn a lot as a first-time homebuyer. He moved quickly to make sure every corner of the home was inspected, but also let me shadow him to learn about items with which I was concerned. 10/10 - use Scott Home Inspection

We have made an offer for house in Boulder coming from NJ. Our relator recommended Scott Home Inspection. The inspector arrived on time and spent over two hours going over the entire house. Note and photographed every issue and also helped us understand many of the features that were new to us. Many of the issues were known to the seller owners and were already planning to work. One small bit was that an outside outlet was not working and the inspector noted it, the owner pointed out that there was a small switch inside t... read more

Dave, our inspector, went beyond our expectations in our recent home inspection! He was courteous, thorough with his review, and thoughtful about sharing his experience as knowledge with us as first time home buyers. He taught us a things along the way and we felt confident knowing that we had a full picture of our home purchase decision. We were especially impressed with the user-friendly inspection report process that was both technical and digestable. Dave even followed up to ensure we understood the report. We confidentl... read more

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional team. Their report format, layout, easy of use is vastly superior to what we received from inspectors in California. Five stars, well-earned.

Scott Home Inspection was fantastic. They managed to squeeze us in quickly during the very busy Holiday season. We were extremely happy with the inspection we received from Scott. The inspection was thorough and informative. I would recommend Scott to anyone!

The inspector from Scott Home was professional and thorough in the inspection of our new home. We were able to set up the inspection on short notice, which was helpful for our quick closing. He explained everything mechanical & structural in a palatable way and helped us to understand what needed further attention. We called in a structural engineer, per the inspector's recommendation, and were reassured that the foundation was sound. There were two more cracks in the ceiling that were not found by the inspector. Otherwise, ... read more
