Booking an appointment with Scott Home Inspection was easy, the receptionist explained what the basic package was and all the add ons to make scheduling easy. Brett was very thorough, knowledgeable, and careful during our inspection. He was patient through all our questions and concerns and explained everything to our understanding. I would highly recommend Scott Home Inspection and use them going forward if ever necessary!

I called Scott Home Inspection in northern Colorado while shopping for prepurchase home inspectors. Their price was inline with others I'd checked. They had good reviews and They were by far the most responsive. Their website is fantastic. Being able to book online, select services, choose your inspector and have a quote instantly is great. They reached out shortly after by phone to go over everything and explain some stuff. Then they will handle everything from there. Dave was thorough and helped explain some things to us being first time homebuyers. He didn't mind talking at all and made everything very easy.
Scott Home Inspection inspected the house we are buying in Longmont, CO. The inspectors that came (separate inspectors for the house and sewer / radon testing) were professional and knowledgeable. The final report was comprehensive and easy to access online, with summary as well as detailed information available. I saw the inspection report the seller got from a competitor company in Longmont, and the inspection done by Scott Home Inspection was more comprehensive and helpful.
