Engaged Scott Home Inspection for a prepurchase inspection. The inspector, Dave S. was extremely informative and thorough with his work. As a first time home buyer, having him inspect our future home is imperative for negotiations and piece of mind. His guidance and recommendations will serve us for years to come as we build a life in our new home. I highly recommend this company and Dave S., and will be using them in the future for all my home inspection needs in CO.

I have purchased several homes over the years and Scott Home Inspection is easily the single best service I have used for inspections. Our inspector, Dave, was very thorough, highly skilled and intelligent, and patiently explained the details of what he was doing, why, and what the results were. Highly recommended.

I was initially skeptical of the high price of a full inspection but it was more than worth it and we dodged an expensive bullet after seeing the results of the radon and mold tests. The inspection report was incredibly detailed and the two day inspection totaled over 4 hours for a 970 sf duplex. Was it cheap? No. Was it expensive relative to spending several hundred thousand dollars for an albatross? Not at all. Will be a repeat customer.

Booking an appointment with Scott Home Inspection was easy, the receptionist explained what the basic package was and all the add ons to make scheduling easy. Brett was very thorough, knowledgeable, and careful during our inspection. He was patient through all our questions and concerns and explained everything to our understanding. I would highly recommend Scott Home Inspection and use them going forward if ever necessary!

My agent recommended Scott Home Inspection and I am very pleased that she did. Adam was not only prompt, but was extremely thorough and took the time to answer any concerns/questions I had. He allowed me to follow him so that I was able to learn so much more about the house than I would from just reading the report. I would highly recommend Scott Home Inspection!

Wow! First time home buyer and Scott Home Inspection was recommended by our agent. They scheduled an appointment promptly and were able to get out to the new house very quickly. Jason, the inspector, is an absolute wizard. He was so kind to allow me to follow him around the house on the inspection allowing me to learn so much about the home. He was so polite and patient and answered all my questions. The breath of knowledge he has is mind-blowing. After the inspection, he submitted an amazing report that was incredibly thoro... read more

I called Scott Home Inspection in northern Colorado while shopping for prepurchase home inspectors. Their price was inline with others I'd checked. They had good reviews and They were by far the most responsive. (as I was on a tight timeline this was very important) I met Brett at the house and followed him through the inspection and he was very thorough. He was also very informative showing me where all the shutoffs were and pointing out not just concerns but things that were good about the house. I also paid extra for a se... read more

Their website is fantastic. Being able to book online, select services, choose your inspector and have a quote instantly is great. They reached out shortly after by phone to go over everything and explain some stuff. Then they will handle everything from there. Dave was thorough and helped explain some things to us being first time homebuyers. He didn't mind talking at all and made everything very easy.
