Great way to stay organized Pros: It prevents a lot of mistakes to happen from human error. It saves us time by generating a ticket and doing the math that by the time the customer comes to the window they are already paid and taken care of. I like how you can make the program to fit your needs as far as different commodities and prices for specific customers. Cons: Using the Ipad on the road. Easy to use software Pros: It is really easy to use, speed up my transactions for the customers. Easy set up and great support remotely. Cons: I need the option to cash out multi tickets at once instead of merging.

Great Software Pros: This software makes running our business easy! We love everything about it! The customer service is also amazing! Cons: We occasionally run into small bumps. Where we need to get assistance from the customer service team to help us out but the customer service is amazing! So fast and so pleasant to work with!

Always there to help! Pros: The ability to chat or call someone and get solutions and answer quickly. Cons: Some features are not available, specific to what our company needs, but manageable without them. Overall: We have had ScrapRight for about two years now and we are beyond pleased. We had a competitor previously and had nothing but issues. ScrapRight sent a person down to help train staff and set up equipment...... included in our purchase!

Excellent Software for the Recycling Industry Pros: The interface is clean and intuitive. Inventory management is really well executed and if we have problems the owner of the company takes our calls or emails and makes it right for us. Cons: The learning curve on some items such as brokering loads but once learned it is very easy to use. Great ScrapRight Implementation Pros: Upon using the software now for a few weeks, the benefits of having both the retail and dispatch data combined into one system is providing great analytical benefits. Streamline Pros: All functions from data input to some reports. Cons: BOL's we need to fix and some new reporting does not do correct date ranges. Overall: Overall I like it.

Not Bad Pros: After learning the system there are some features that are useful and easier to use than our last software we used. Tracking inventory is much easier with ScrapRight. Cons: There are certain kinks that occasionally pop up, such as entering a "Finished Good" in as a package and commit it to our inventory, but then can not locate the Package # when it comes time to ship it out.
