Great I was very happy with my purchase but disappointed that they didnt treat my son who was also very interested in buying a truck with the same attitude. I felt that they thought he looked like a kid and didnt even try to work with him like they did with me.

Only half the job done. I brought my 2017 corvette to david maus because some milk got spilt in back cover. I think they replaced cover but never cleaned underneath. Lazy mechanics or simply didn't care. Either way, now, I have to take my vet to another chevy place and have them pull the cover to see if job was done rigjt in the first place. Why make an appointment? I showed up at 3:45pm for a 4:00pm appointment for JUST an oil change. As of 6:25 as I write this review I’m still sitting in waiting area waiting for car to get done. Horrible experience, I will never come back to this dealership!!!!!

New Truck Tracy is a good guy - nice to work with .. The ringing of the bell is the most annoying Thing I have ever seen - reminds me of a Cheep Time Share sales pool. Get rid of the bell and ungrade the experience and atmosphere. Add some quality snacks and a Starbucks machine - I’m spending 50 K.......

Update from my previous review. They Use spot delivery scam! Update II I called them back after their general manager wanted to try to save the deal. I even agreed to a higher interest rate as long as my payments stayed the same. He overnights me a new contract and they conveniently for them left off the first contract's GAP insurance. They did though take an additional $1,000 off the save the sale. But, they were supposed to add my wife to the deal and have the GAP insurance in the new contract. Arrogant man w/no concern for custome no wonder bad reviews Classic used car salesman - could care less about the customer. Dropped off my leased vehicle (which still had 3 payments left) with this man, and while signing paperwork, a woman was interested in my vehicle. I asked him "what happens if she buys my car?" False Advertising at its finest False advertising at its finest, truly disappointed with William Palacios and Ricky (manager). I live out of state and purchased a vehicle from them and had it shipped. The vehicle arrived 3 weeks later and one of the front 2 cup holders were missing even though the Ad description says it includes “front beverage holders” (plural).
