Fail to address the problem and negated their poor judgement to their installation. The under-carriage cover of my Escape came loose and got damage. I ordered the new part and installed by Serramonte Ford. The cause of the cover came loose was because the mounting plastic cracked and the fasteners(screws) fell off. This place is a complete disaster. The Ford Corporation needs to reevaluate their decision of having Matt Shone as their general manager. This is not the way Ford should be represented. It is frustrating that they cannot fix the leak from my rear driver side door after three tries and having my vehicle for over a total of more than 1 month. Even more frustrating is trying to schedule an appointment with Serramonte Ford to coordinate for a Ford Corporate Specialist to fix this problem leak. Serramonte Ford sold me a used Ford Mustang that takes in a massive amount of water. I took the vehicle to get washed, the passenger floor started to fill up with water. I reached out to Serramonte Ford, they would not return any phone calls. I ended up bringing the car in making them test it. They returned my vehicle to me completely flooded with water, then proceeded to tell me there was not a water leak. And sent me home. Less than 1 star they had my Truck for 4 months for a warranty service when I picked it up evidence it was being used in an inappropriate unacceptable way. Food, sexual aids, white powder all over the seat could have been phentynol for all I know and more. They said they would disinfect it they failed still had other items after. Had to take it to a get detailed. Still have not reached a satisfactory resolution. They lied said they made a police report they had not. Be careful untrustworthy.

Dissatisfied with the service advisor, Jared Betleyoun. I had an 8am appointment for a compliance recall (labor operation code 23C35B). I was told it will take 4 to 6 hours due to the way the software loading time. In reality, this was a lie because the labor time is only 0.3hr (18 minutes). Vehicle was dropped off by 7:50am and was called to pick up the vehicle at 1:51pm (6 hours at the dealership). People were nice but second time the transmission had to be taken apart in 5 days to be fixed. Maybe it should have been replaced.
