3 weeks to repair transmission 5 days later transmission fails again.

no diagnostics done ,just went and recommended timing chain and oil pan leak. never showed any pictures nor parts and returned truck with missing and unsecured parts that they forgot to reinstall. all this while never fixing the issue I brought it in originally. Same noise, same problem, faulty vacuum hose on the 4wd system that had been pointed out on the Ford website. This experience was a DISASTER. We brought in the car because we received a recall notice and they tried to charge me a "diagnostic fee" of $250. Why would they charge me for a diagnostic fee when it's clear that the purpose I'm there is because I received a recall notice from Ford? On top of that, I could never reach my service manager via phone because all calls went to voicemail and he did not return my calls. I had to go to the dealership in person to fetch my car which was still in the bay.

The last 2 times Ive taken my truck in I asked for tire rotation the first time I didnt receive it and didnt realize it.the second time I had to return a couple of days later when I discovered that it hadnt been done 4.5hrs Ill never get back

Unfortunately they have become a bunch of shysters. I not longer trust this place to take good care of my car. Once Serramonte Ford was sold to Berkshire Hathaway Automotive their customer service changed.

When its being serviced and have questions they dont answer the phone and when texting they say someone will contact you yet no reply for days. They supposedly fix an issue yet its still not working and when trying to get the issue addressed no one contacts you back. Their communication is horrible!!!!
