I had a fantastic experience with Pamela and Serramonte Ford during my recent car service! They were timely, maintained excellent communication, and demonstrated honesty throughout the process. To my surprise, the total cost came in lower than expected. I also really appreciated the extra touches, like the complimentary car wash and delivering my car back to my home. Used the valet service. The driver was late for both the pickup and the return. He was very polite in identifying the problem and keeping us informed. Fortunately these weren't very busy days for us so the lateness issues weren't a big problem. Just an annoyance.
