Do not take your car to Serramonte Ford in Colma, California. This business will discriminate against you if they think you pose a significant health risk to them. This type of discrimination is against both county, state, and federal laws. Also, they will not work on your car if it's a Ford Escape or Ford Fusion if it is experiencing an overheating engine with significant coolant loss. Brought my Ford to serramonte with a knocking noise when I turn my wheel right. 5000 dollars later and the knocking noise is still there. Matt the Gm has basically told me to take it somewhere else but refuses to give any of my money back and is also unwilling to fix the noise I brought to them. What the bull crap numbers are these for a Maverick lease??? Giving us the "maverick is popular and rare right now". Okay so? Not ever worth the $12k mark up. We came in to consider options for lease or finance for a truck. Came to this dealer to drop over 30,000 on a truck, after setting up this appointment for over a week the truck wasnt ready! The truck had Front Tire issue, Moonroof wouldn't open, and wanted us to return to fix the tailgate! Not to mention we had a check from our bank to cash it out and they tried to FORCE a CREDIT APP! FOR WHAT?! We weren't doing in house financing!! Thanks But NO THANKS!! Talk about a WASTE OF TIME!!!
lesson learned for sure, the amount of back nd forth , time wasted & calling off work for the management staff to be such unprofessional & full of crap... Worse experience ever, got financed the first time then a week passed then somehow the vehicle had to be returned afterwards got financed again for a much higher amount on a different vehicle all rushed & last minute before closing time, staff promised gas on another day due to being unable to work with the only gas station they use apparently not being available, battery ... read more
