I consistently have issues accessing my account, and have received little to no help any time Ive talked to them on the phone. Ive been double charged multiple times on payments, thats why I screen shot every single payment before and after I submit them. I would not recommend them to anybody. I will be transferring everything I have through them as soon as possible.

This bank completely took advantage of my mother who has Dementia and lives in a Facility. They stole 210$ from her and will not pay it back. I was literally transferred 11 times to no avail. These people give you the run around like I've never seen in 50 years. Completely disgraceful!

Started with Sunbank. When I moved wanted to give my new address. They canceled my sunbank card without my concent after answering all their questions regarding my identity they said because I don't have a phone in my name they can't give me another debit card. That was the only way I used my account. Now I can't get into my account after talking to managers. Can you help?

I was a SunTrust customer for over 20+years. Now changed to Truist they ****. Recently I was preparing to leave for a trip and I knoticed an auto payment for $5.38 that I didn't make. I called truist, gave them my information to put a STOP PAYMENT on it. I explained I have NEVER lost my card, I'm sure it was a mistake by amazon. The card has never left my posession. 10 years with Bb&T Nerver had any issues. Truist took over 6 months ago. It's been the worst 6 months. I stopped putting money in the account at 1 month. I had a $9000 balance when merger took place. My money starting disappearing. Balance never adds up. Closing my about when they open at 9. I pray this bank goes bankrupt I ask the holy trinity in ***** name for the Demise of this institution and may their doors close and never open again AMEN.

I have had a car loan with Truist for a few years now and have always paid on time. This is the second time I was double billed and yet again, to get my money back, they said they will have to MAIL me a check which is **** days after it is approved in 2 days. Now my bank account is overdrawn so there is $30 down the drain.WTH, even **** can put it back into my account if they overcharge........! Ever since Suntrust merged with Truist, the experience has been awful. First of all, the customer service is horrific. When they first merged, they kept changing my address back to an old address. I don't know why they kept switching it back after I updated it multiple times. When I called for the 4th time to fix it, the lady wouldn't change it or verify because I said Apartment # instead of unit #. I was infuriated. She was being purposefully difficult. I have banked with Suntrust (Now Truist) for 32 years. Since Truist took over bank has gone down hill. They now place 2 week holds on deposits they always cleared immediately and you can't talk to anyone to complain unless you want to talk to someone in ******.I am glad we don't owe these guys any money, its easier to close our accounts for business and family.We are a fairly large depositor but they could care less.
