Great Scallops. Have been there a number of times and would definitely go back.
Tucked away in Shelter Cove near Outside Hilton Head, Ela's has fabulous food and service. The Lobster Bisque was divine and the Diver Scallops over Crab Risotto was to die for. Only suggestion I'd make to management is to change the 70's soft rock soundtrack during dinner. It's fine for lunch, but doesn't go with the classiness of the restaurant and food at dinner.
Limited menu. More steak place than seafood. Rather expensive for what we know we can get elsewhere Food we did get was good. The server was good and very nice. The view is nice over the harbor.
Live music and really good food. Gotta try that calamari.
We discovered this gem while on vacation and enjoyed the food, service and the view. During our vacation , we had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant on two separate occasions. Highly recommended.
On a guys golf trip. Decided to sit at the bar to dine. David was awesome! He fully explained the menu offerings, was very attentive but not under foot if you know what I mean. Food was outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was delicious!! Couldn't sit outside due to the rain but sat by a window to see the Harbour
We've been going here for years, and it seems the quality of the dishes has been cheapened while the price has stayed the same. For example, the lobster bisque used to come with a few chunks of lobster meat, but now there is none. Also, the truffle fries used to have more truffle oil and some green flakes of seasoning, now there is very little truffle oil and no green seasoning. I was disappointed.
Manager Lynn was terrific, everywhere helping and supervising staff and greeting diners. Saxophone player fabulous. More people should go Sunday nights to hear him.
