Yellowfin tuna
We arrived at this delightful restaurant just before 6 with our 2 toddlers not quite knowing what to expect. Probably not completely fit for our kids, but we were already there. We ordered some oysters, a kids pasta meal, a scallop meal for myself and my husband asked for a steak and lobster with a side of whipped potatoes. Our table had a beautiful low country view. Because of an earlier rain storm (torrential) we were unable to sit outside; but it also left us with a rainbow with our sunset - gorgeous! The whole lobster with lobster risotto was perfect. The evening was a romantic success!
Food and view was good but very hard to locate the the restaurant.
Great find in Hilton Head! Broiled Grouper had a nice carmelization and melt in your mouth deliciousness. Very fresh oysters! My wife is a Caesar salad fanatic and said it was one of the best. Finish withe Key lime pie...you won't be disappointed. Oh and great wine list!
Went for my birthday and loved the fried green tomatoes. Wine was the highlight. Had the grouper and it was presented the same as the filet my wife had. She enjoyed hers but mine was just ok. Nothing really special about the preparation or the fish itself. There was a tiny bit of lobster butter on top but it didnt add enough to thrill.
The service was outstanding. The food was excellent and the ambiance was very romantic! Live Musician was amazing... Absolutely loved the Acoustic Guitar and Vocals...We were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday and they went out of their way to make her night special - Thanks Ken for going above and beyond - Truly appreciated! We Highly recommend Ela's! We will definitely return.
I had the tuna tartar, tenderloin steak, asparagus, and sautéed wild mushrooms. Everything was perfectly cooked and incredibly seasoned. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're on the island!
Great food, good service and a beautiful view if seated outside. Highly recommend and definitely plan on going back.
