Quiet, Great food, Nice ambiance, Beautiful views of the marina, nice walk around the marina after dinner. Great experience. It was recommended to us by a friend who lives there. We will go back.
Ate a lovely meal on Christmas Eve 2016. Food was excellent.
Atmosphere was excellent. Great for a special occasion or lunch. Food portions were good and presented well. Prices were high, however acceptable for a special occasion.
Unfortunately ELA did not meet our expectations. We did arrive a half hour early and the hostess did everything she could to get us our table (which she did). But the service after that was just okay. Our waitress spent a lot of time talking with the table next to us but seemed to be annoyed whenever she came to our table. The food quality did not match the price. I ordered the steamed lobster with risotto which was supposed to come with lobster claws and tail all removed from the shell. One of the best restaurants in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area. Consistently fabulous food including seafood, steak, appetizers, dessert. Everyone in our group rated their meals 5 stars, plus 3 of the items were the best we have had anywhere globally: calamari, fried green tomatoes, & creme brule. Excellent service, quiet live music, great menu, indoor/outdoor seating optiin, cosy bar and fantastic marina/harbor view are bonuses that make this our favorite special occasion dining spot.
We enjoyed Sunday brunch at Ela's. Weather was nice enough to sit outside! Service and food were both very good.
This restaurant is a little hard to find but worth searching for! It is located on the back side of the Shelter Cove marina and actually overlooks the marina and yachts parked in their respective slips. You can be seated outside as well but it was chilly and windy when we were there. We (husband and I) both ordered seafood entrees and they included three courses and quite good.
