First let me say this place is way far away, down in a far corner of a neighborhood. Not easy to find. But the food was worth the adventure. The ambiance was inviting and warm. Very little noise. The food prices were a bit high but not over priced. Very well prepared and we'll seasoned. The only complaint is that their medium is more of a rare, at least my duck was. The server was very polite but not friendly. He didn't seem interested in providing exceptional service. I would this to friends and family.
A local recommended Ela's to us our last night in Hilton Head. Delicious food, lovely ambiance and impeccable service. Good variety on the menu. Lots of good seafood choices. Our waiter, Jason was great ! View was beautiful and relaxing. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Great location overlooking the boats at the dock and the marshland. The server was very friendly and knowledgable of the menu. My daughter enjoyed the wedge salad and pretzel encrusted chicken. My wife remarked about the large size of the 6 shrimp of her appetizer! Most places served 5 smaller shrimp. The flounder and lobster risotto, by far the best meal on HHI!!! One our favorites when we on the island. Always great food and love the live music on Friday and Saturday.
There are many excellent restaurants in Hilton Head but we think Ela's is one of the best. The setting overlooking the water is beautiful. Everything about our dinner was first class. Definitely recommend.
A great combination of a good view of the harbor, good food, great service and a good wine list. Maybe the best on Hilton Head Island.
Ela's food was exceptional, service was impeccable, and fantastic views!
I went to Ella's for a business dinner. We were allowed to chat and have a few drinks before dinner without interruption. Good traffic for a Thursday evening. Dinner was good and the view great now that we are in Daylight savings time.
