Very loud - I’m 75 with hearing aids and with everyone having a good time talking at the top of their lungs, well - you get it
We waited 20 minutes before any asked for our drink order. We were celebrating a birthday and there was no offer of a complimentary dessert. Overall waiter was not attentive.
Prime rib was not very good, vegetables where over cooked..
If I had checked out the bathrooms before eating I would never had eaten there. Food was mediocre at best- may be known for their views but that’s it in my experience.
We ordered the oysters and they never came. It was loud and very disappointing
Been visiting Ela's for at least 12 years when staying on HHI & this will likely be the last. The entrees (swordfish and scallops) were easily the worst meals of the week and not close to comparable in quality as competitors in the area. Oysters Rockefeller was good, but not enough to bring us back.
The service was slow, lacking and they got my order wrong. I plan to avoid returning… too many other great choices.
Our food was not as expected. Dry and overcooked. Poor presentation.
We loved eating at Elas but way too loud. It is probably a one hit wonder for us because of the noise. We loved everything else but we had a hard time carrying on a conversation.
