Food looked and tasted like it was pre portioned and left sit until ordered. Oyster Rockefeller was 4 Little Rock’s. Would not recommend this restaurant.
This was the worst dining experience of my entire 47’s years of life. From the customer service to the food, it was all terrible. Not only would I never come back here, but I am seriously questioning everyone who has reviewed this restaurant. I came here based on people’s reviews and I feel like I got scammed lol. Wait time to receive meal was excessive and when it was addressed they confirmed we were not forgotten. Salmon undercooked. Took it to the back and heated in the microwave. It came back about 4-5 min later.
Worst dining experience we’ve had in quite a while. Things started out very well with the hostess acknowledging the birthday we were there to celebrate. We were immediately seated, and after a little while, our waitress showed up and took our drink orders. After that things went progressively down hill. We had reservations for two in the dining area, but were seated on the floor above that. That area was well lit and looked like a cafeteria instead of a fine dining restaurant. It appeared there were only were large families with infants and young children seated up there. We’d asked to be reseated but were told there were no other tables. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. My family and I have been coming there for years and have never had a problem until last night. We came for my mother's birthday- the restaurant knew this because I put it in the reservation and they even said it when she came in. But other than that, no acknowledgement. Very disappointed with food quality and service this trip. We have been to Ella’s a number of times and it has continued to go downhill the last few visits. Terrible service, seafood was not good quality (scallops had a fishy smell, grouper was dry and flakey, crab cakes were mushy and cold), and drinks were not to standard across the table. We will not be visiting again.
