Elas’s Is a high end restaurant charging top dollar for just ok food. I expected more from them, especially after reading reviews. I will not return.
Bland, uninspiring and fair food & service.
Had a party of 7 started out good but once we ordered it was all down hill from there took over an hour to get our meals after I went to the manager to complain we ordered 4steak meals all under cooked took another 20 minutes to get that right the service was terrible and management really didn’t care been going here for years will never go back stay away
Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience. We were there for an hour before we got our appetizer. Then an hour later dinner and one of the items was wrong. The Grouper dish I had was very dry. I cannot recommend this restaurant
Made specific reservations for kids to watch fireworks during dinner. Advised in advance of having a special child and the needs we would appreciate be met. Upon arrival, we were recited those requests. We were rushed through dinner by the waitress the entire time. It was amazing food but she made the ambiance and amenity to finish ridiculous. Great view, but... very slow and beyond the view little value for the money. Service was very slow as it took an hour for our entrees. Signature crab cakes came out cold and doused with sauce. On the remake they were warm but not cooked in the inside. Wouldn’t bother ordering them. Manager had little interest in hearing our feedback. Enjoy dinner elsewhere...
Parking for this restaurant is terrible. There were at least six cars trying to find a place to park. I tried to park for 20 minutes and ended up canceling and making a reservation somewhere else.
The waitress was rude to us from the very beginning and we were treated like a nuisance by all the staff throughout our entire meal, getting looks of annoyance as they walked by. We had our baby with us who was in a stroller and it seemed like a huge problem. No one helped us with the stroller to get down the stairs and we were shoved into a very tight space. This will be our last visit to ELA’S.
