Make sure you inspect your car carefully inside and out under the hood your trunk under your car and your tires before and after your service.

Made an appointment for an old change and tire rotation. It took 3.5 hours to complete while I waited in the lobby. The car sat untouched for the first 2.5 hours before service even began. What's the point of an appointment if a simple oil change is going to take half a day? Others came in, waited, and left before I was ever seen.

Driving home From auto Service I was on freeway and my hood starting vibrating on the freeway express. I had to slow down on Freeway due to vibration of hood " Dangerous". I had to pull off of the freeway to close Hood . Hood was not in lock position. Extremely dangerous. I was also extremely scared due to circumstances.

There was a scratch in the paint after service that could have occurred while they test drove the car or washing. It is being denied. Not happy about that. Otherwise, my service advisor is attentive and professional.
