Not good. The air bag light was on continuously. They replaced the SRS module that controls the air bags and a week later the light came on again. Now I am told it is the seat belt buckle, which I thought it was to begin with. I don't know if that SRS part was defective, I have no way of knowing. But the problem was not fixed. And I am not happy. Now I am waiting for the part to come in and if i should be in an accident it is likely the air bag won't deploy and I could be injured.

They sold me 2 cars, telling me both times the process would be "quick and easy". That was a lie. The cars I bought both turned out to have dry-rotted tires. This time, went back to see if the manager would make a good moral decision to replace the tires. I left the car there after they said I'd get an answer withing 2 hours. After FIVE HOURS I called to see why I had not been contacted and the answer was just no. No, with No explanation. They're taking advantage of people and dodging blame.

The experience was terrible. It started off by booking an appointment with their automated system. When I arrived the service advisor said that I could not expect them to fix the car in the time remaining in the day!

Tire failed on new hybrid CR-V and Roadside Assistance took me to Showcase Honda. I purchased tire warranty when I bought my car, but I had to pay for the new tire, with a promise that it would be reimbursed. Have not been reimbursed.
