My experience in buying the car was fine, friendly and competent personal. However, the next morning I couldn't start the car. Since I have been a member of AAA for years I called them. They came out, tested the battery and determined it was bad and had to be replaced, which they did and provided me with a $215 bill. I took that to Showcase Honda expecting to get an apology for my inconvenience and a refund of my $215. Instead, I was told that I would have to deal with Honda USA, not Showcase!

i WAS TOLD THAT MY BATTERY WAS BAD AND THAT THEY HAD TO JUMP START IT. THE BATTERY IS ONE YEAR OLD AND PASSED ALL TESTING BY AAA WITH FLYING COLORS. I WROTE AN EMAIL TO SHOWCASE VIA CHAT AND COMPLAINED. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. I DETEST ANYONE THAT TRIES TO SELL ME A SERVICE OR PRODUCT I DON'T NEED. THE SERVICE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED BUT I'M NOT SURE I WILL GO BACK.

After we bought the car--we could not get someone to call us back regarding the wrong name on temporary license--SO SAD! Our sales person promised she would call right back and she never did--even after we called 2 to 3 times again! The sales floor is dated and non-luxury with very loud music which we were told could not be turned down. Much wasted time and discussion about whether the navigation system SD card was not working. Turns out the car doesn't have navigation system.
