Horrible, I was told my car needed something related to transmission and paid over 3 k to later being only a sensor

They over billed me by 100$; they sold me a vehicle that required major engine repairs (fuel injection, timing belt, air intake valves) within the first 45 days.

I went in for one thing that was not completed. Called after and was told to drive around and see if the issue self-resolved. It did not.

It seemed like the service department did not know what they were doing and gave me unclear instructions and judgement as I was traveling out of town for this service.
I will NEVER go to this dealership AGAIN! Two hour wait to get a simple battery that started with 6a.m. phone call to setup an appointment for that morning where they stated "they would have a guy slap one in!" At noon they made the comment after a two hour wait in the waiting area. They should be shut down for being absolutely useless and wasting Arizonans time. They are the WORST service department in the car business. Autozone had one in and on my way in less than 10 minutes! Learn from Autozone
