I've been a customer for a long time in this showcase honda dealership. I trade in my civic 2013 and got a new civic 2016 trade it in again for a new civic 2018 plus I bought a used F150. Mr. Richard York is my service advisor for a long time but I was told that he is not working that day. Eric approached me and said he can take care of the services for my car. My tires were not inflated to proper pressures. All we're at 32psi. Front and rear have different pressures per info on door This is only my second visit and both times tires were not properly inflated. Thi does not give me confidence in the work done at Showcase if this very important item is not correct.

I was charged even though I insisted showing the notice I've received from Honda regarding the extension of product warranty, but Service Technician didn't get it and says it's ok, so I thought he knows, but at the end of the day, I was charged.

They blocked the Bible on their wireless network. During my wait I wanted to access the bible but I couldnt. Everything about Bible is blocked. Very weird. God have mercy on America! The inspection was also very superficial!

And it was terrible every single person in there lied to me and I was like ran over by a truck just because I'm a single woman and they don't think I know what I'm doing that's funny I would never ever recommend going there ever and I found many people on the internet that don't like them either so I wouldn't buy from them ever

Terrible terrible terrible all they did was lie to me and take advantage of me lock me into stuff that I never agreed to and it's getting addressed thank God but yeah don't don't recommend that place to anybody

Car was returned with exterior dirt worse than when initially dropped off with dealer for service. In addition, the car was left in the sun prior to being picked up by customer and was extremely hot in the cab when driven off lot by customer after being picked after being serviced.

The 2 back tires were cupped. The rear bearings and shocks were bad and they did not notify us of the problem. The car was really loud from road noise and the bad tires.
