After comparing prices between this dealership and another ones this one has a really high price for the same service in a different location for my alternator they tried to charge me $1108 and I pay $650 at other dealership
It took over 2 hrs to figure out I had a bad battery. Then, because they were almost closed, they recomended I go somewhere else to replace it because it would take them a good 30 mins to an hour to get the battery they needed. It was a waste of time. At the same visit, they insisted my brakes were practically new and wouldnt need any work for over a year. They are now squeaking. Obviously Ill be going elsewhere for any issues with my car.
Showcase tried to sucker us into paying $1500 for a tranny flush, brake fluid exchange, alignment, and throttle body cleaning. Took it to another place and found that it needed none of those things!!
I had to wait over 5 hours for a recall that was supposed to take 45 minutes. Since it was a free service, they kept putting my service off and giving other people priority even though I made an appointment a week in advance. I will never return to this service.
Advisor only gave me inspection report after I insisted. He gave me a black and white printout on a report where the alerts are red, yellow and green.
Oil change was due, they didn't do it during inspection.
Brake fluid flushed/changed when not needed. ~$150.
My engine light came on; I arrived around 4:20pm. Michael Valenzuela said; how can i help you; he did not introduce himself; I said; Hi, what is your name? I introduced myself & granddaughter. My 3rd time here; I'm truly disappointed moreover your service advisors. I feel Honda pairs me with hispanics because I'm hispanic, Why? I speak English. My 3rd time here; I want to keep my odyssey here. The last time I send a review the service advisor called me at work. He was angry!
Mechanich ttold me i had to reace the power steeriing pump due to leak. Took it to my mechanic and the pump is perfectly fine
