My first time oil change, tire rotation, had a recall factory kit performed on my 2015 Honda Odyssey; appt at 9:00 & left 10:49am. James Mcardle is new service advisor; he could not answer some questions I had; like should my air bag say off or on; he did not give me info., before I left. James said; I need several things done at my 15,000 miles oil change; not listed on my invoice; I will have my vehicle inspected elsewhere before I bring it back; gave me 10% coupon for the long wait.

I have my CV boot replace and they forgot to tighten the screws. I went to firestone cause I have the life time alignment and the mechanic called me and show the screw which is not tighten.

A 5hr wait; order tire and replace. Service dept. told me I needed a new tire because my tire light came on, all it needed was air because of the climate change. I felt taken advantage of.

Just because I did not ask him about the oil change price so he charge me over 50 something and it's usually 32 or $37 maximum and he said the transmission fluid should be 195 bucks , $50 for oil change I don't know how the total was $271!!

Typical dealership experience. Tried to sell us everything including $65 for a $12 air filter that is only 6 months old! It's a wonder dealer service still exists.
