Service manager always friendly. Honda apparently thinks after 25,000 miles its okay if inside of car spunds like wind tunnel. I have taken my 2019 Honda Civic Sport in 3 times to fix the constant road noise. This is my second 2019 Honda Civic Sport that was smooth quite ride. Unfortunately I was rearended car got totaled. I loved my first sport so much I purchaded the same vechile that sounds like wind tunnel when car is in motion. Honda mechanic basically insulted me telling civic is sedan

I have brought my 2019 Honda Civic Sport in 3X to figure out why my car sounds like I'm driving in wind tunnel. I cannot even use my handsfree because nonone can hear me over the road noise. This is my second car as my 1st one was totaled after 3 months. I never had this road noise in my first car. I just want this issue resolved. 4 stars was for the service Jesus customer service. Problem is notnresolved so 2 star for technician

My experience started out fine. They made contact with me immediately. I received a request for information on my trade in and sent it in. After that I never received a response. A few days later I saw that the vehicle I was interested in had been sold on Carfax. To this day I never received any type of notification from the dealership. It would have been nice to have received something saying, the cat had been sold and possibly offered other options.

my car was never fixed, yet they collect fee, and after 3 appointments, they returned the car with 3 lights in the console lid up and I can't use the cruise control feature (before I brought the car in for recalibration, the cruise control works ok)

3rd visit that mwchanic forgot to put valve stem caps back on. According to my car fax car is due for tire rotation. I have always been told tire rotation completebduring oil change.

It was terrible. This was my second time bringing my 2017 Honda Civic for its 6th oil change, the first 4 changes were in Earnhart Honda and they always took care of me but since I moved more to the East side I decided to take it to Showcase. That was a huge mistake. They advised me that there was a problem with the threading of my oil pan...They were the only ones to previously work on it. I feel they were just trying to suck money out of me, and they won. Not coming back. Thanks
