The maintenance service for this vehicle was far less than I feel was stated by the dealership. It needed new windshield wipers & the battery was not the new one that was reported to have been installed. There was no gas in the vehicle-almost didn't make it to the gas station and it was supposed to have been washed & detailed-it wasn't. It took 3.5 hrs to complete the paperwork,which I felt was totally unnecessary. I have been a loyal customer to Showcase Honda for quite a few years.Not anymore.
I can't rven begin to express my deep dislike for showcase honda, this is a disrespectful non professionally ran buisness I purchased 2 cars from them and get treated like complete garbage. Get called a liar and laughed at by employees in which I have recordings for. No HATE All dealerships and car sales men now because of them. I should have brought my story to channel 3 news and hired an attorney. I will never ever buy a honda again in my life because of the negligent people @ showcase honda.
