I didnt buy the car for two reasons. One , the salesman was trying to rip me off. He said there was a $400 mandatory option, no way around it. Its an option but you have to get it. That killed alone killed the deal. Two , the ac was broken and I could not get a guarantee on having it repaired correctly. I live in Phoenix AZ , Im not paying too much for a car (priced over blue book on on top of that adding BS fees) that does not have air conditioning. No Thanks!

Mike C is friendly in service. I was unable ti get scheduled oil change since service maintenance plan wojld not approve. Although service lite came on three days later. Very frustrating, as I schddule appointments on my days off. Not Mike's fault, he is just the messenger.

Oil was leaking after service. There was about a quart or so of oil on the garage floor after I parked at home. Had to take it back to get corrected.
a bottle opener was taken from my center glove compartment. the multipoint check showed that my windshield fluid was good and refilled; however, it was totally empty. I don't think they performed any multipoint check even if the checklist provided showed it was performed. I'm very concern about thos and not sure if I trust them to service my car again.
after fixing the check engine light code, they ran it through the car wash and broke off the rear wiper and wont admit or fix it.
