I used to like coming to this location, I lived down the street and even after I moved, I would come here. The last 2-3 times I've went I've had nothing but issues. (All with employees) The guys that work in the cubicles by the service area.. they're no help at all! Avoid a guy named DAVID!!!!! It's like he walks in circles pretending to help. These lazy turds sold me a car with old transmission fluid in it. You'd think a dealer charging top dollar for a car would send you off with new/full fluids. They even "inspected" my entire car. A 2019 Honda pilot doesn't have a dipstick for transmission fluid so they skipped it, but made sure to check it off as satisfactory. What a joke. They almost ruined the transmission in this car. They also took 0 responsibility for this when I followed up.

I purchased a used BMW i3 from Showcase Honda on 7/1/23. When going through the purchase process, I was sold an extended warranty for my used vehicle (smart considering BMWs are notoriously unreliable and costly with repairs). I was lead to believe that the warranty would cover electric vehicles even though it was primarily geared towards gas powered vehicles. I recently just purchased my 2021 Buick Encore from here. I love my car but I wish I could've purchased it somewhere else. I had a terrible experience with Rhinell the sales guy who just started 2 weeks ago and refused to listen to my needs. He scheduled me to come see a vehicle that wasn't even ready to be test driven, when it was time to talk numbers he completely disregarded my request and my needs. the staff were all awful A holes of humans and still coerced me into buying a 2018 Jeep compass with 33K miles on it. this was 13 months ago and since I have driven off the lot I have had to replace to CarPlay screen, buy 2 brand new batteries, completely new tire rotation and now a electrical issue in the fuse box that only Jeep can fix because it has been looked at by 3 different mechanics and every diagnosis is the car is fine but it is intermittent. never buy from here.

Refuses to give you CarFax. I didn't feel comfortable buying a car here. I talked to one salesman and a trainee who were great. When asking about pricing & CarFax, a manager came over. He was aggressive, opinionated and frankly rude. Worst part, when I asked to take some paperwork home to look over, he told me "No, I'm not allowed to give you any of that because if you drop it we could get sued." I deposited $500 to hold a car before purchasing. I called the next day to cancel the hold (decided to get a different car somewhere else). Its been 3 weeks and they have not processed the refund of the deposit. It should have been done a couple of weeks ago.

Bought an overpriced ass car here, mostly mechanically sound but cosmetically FUCKED, and they still sold it to me way above what it was worth and i was in a situation where i needed a car so i bought. Anyway, I think it's fucked for a dealership as big as y'all to let something like this slide past inspections, especially considering you sold it to me way too high. GO ELSEWHWERE. Went to get my AC fixed, as there is a factory defect on the AC Compressor Shaft seal leak. Devin Suzuki told me that my AC issues were cause by the evaporator being out and that I needed to replace it, which cost 2000 and was not covered under the warranty. I refused, and took the car to an independent auto shop, who did a diagnostic and said it was the AC Compressor Shaft Seal that was causing my issues.
