I brought my car to showcase and had Leland Paxson as my service advisor. Leland was simply amazing, he was fast, responsive, and showed a lot of care towards my vehicle and I. With quick actions and determination, he was able to speak to the warranty department and get my repairs done under good will for no charge. I have had a lot of problems in the past with dealerships and did not trust them at all. Bought a used vehicle yesterday as a first time buyer, and my experience was great. Brian Thomas was the best. So caring, kind, and honest. He made the car buying process enjoyable and a breeze. Awesome service department. Very friendly and efficient Service. Keep me informed did a free 110 point inspection. Topped off all my fluids and washed my car. No charge for anything including the maintenance that was not covered by warranty. Very nice waiting area with free gourmet coffee and bottled water. Best customer service I've had in years.
Great place to buy a car!. Came in and wanted to buy a new CRV for my wife. Alexis Lopez help me gets the car that we wanted. Very friendly staff, financial director James Korkell is the best, easy to talk to, he helped with all my financial work and gives me best deals on them. Very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this place to everyone whoever looking for a car to come here.

This car dealership definitely treated me and my boyfriend with so much respect and wanted to make sure we found a car we felt safe in. This is a 2022 Honda Civic yes it was used with low mileage and we got a great deal all because of Cedric, Trey, and Tim! Today I had the pleasure of working with Gary and his colleague Cedric. They were professional, kind and hardworking. They did a great job helping answer my questions about the car I wanted to buy & did not waste my time when I decided to not purchase the car. The only feedback I have for the dealership is to re-name the fee-proposal section titled "options" to something else.
