Don't EVER buy a USED car from Showcase Honda. They are the worse. I bought a fairly new preowned car and when I took the car to get an oil change, it had NO oil in the engine. A oil change is the very least a car dealership should do on ALL vehicles, new or used. Buyer beware. Stay away from Showcase. What a horrible experience.
My experience with Showcase Honda was disappointing and aligns with numerous other negative reviews. They add approximately $1,500 (not included in the list price) for a "Showcase Value Package" and "Zaktek" extras that offer little to no real benefit to the buyer. We purchased a used vehicle on a Friday afternoon. While the sales rep had the car washed and waiting which was appreciated the interior hadn't been detailed at all. So I have old Honda Element that I take here for service, I had an oil leak fixed. At some point after that I realized that all the screws/clips on the front cowl that goes under the engine are missing. Almost like they were removed and never put back on? They insisted those things just get old and fall off. All eleven of them just fell off. No body damage, no other problem, they just all fell out...
I called to look into a trading my car provided all my information they need and advised what car I wanted and if they give me all the details so I didn't have to drive an hour. They said oh come in and we can give you more for trade in and see what deals are out / 5000 rebates . Just to end up with a bad deal that wasn't worth.
Went in to look a vehicles that could support my tall babies. I was satisfied with the car payments so I signed documents and they told me to come back in a month to sign final paperwork. My monthly payments went from $411 to $709 when they had done credit check and so forth. Now they give me a hard time to get warranty repair work. Also! I took my Honda in for an oil change at Showcase back in January 2024. What I thought was going to be a relatively quick appointment turned into a two-month battle. As I was waiting in the lobby for my car, a service worker came in and had to break me the "bad news". Vintage scum car salesman experience. Test driving went fine but once it was time to sit down and talk numbers they tried to pull every trick in the book and the amount of gaslighting they did was straight up insulting. Would highly recommend not coming here and taking your business elsewhere.
Absolute worst to dealership to ever exist. This is an absolute scam they are running. Do not go do not trust them avoid at all cost. I went in for a lease. Everything was going smoothly but after the deal was made they gave me a different car than the one I agreed to. I asked multiple times for the correct car that I test drove but they said this was the one I agreed to. I have never been inside of this car. Bought a used 2017 explorer from them, shortly after purchase felt car was having transmission issues. Brought to their service department. My service advisor Cassie said was just engine mounts, so I had them do the repair. A few months later same issue but now worse, vehicle shaking. They said other mounts needed to be replaced.
