Thanks to Service Advisor Noah Ventura for making my first service visit an upbeat experience! I bought a new Ridgeline in 12/23 and had not been back to Showcase Honda since. We are very pleased and thankful for the salesman Sebastian and the manager Tim. They worked extra hard for days for us to get the car we wanted that Sebastian came in on his day off to help us get approved for the car. He has amazing customer service and he went above and beyond for us. The finance guy Trey also went above and beyond for us to get a better deal for the car. Ahmazing! I worked with Ismael Lopez in the sales department. If you want a honest deal with the sales person absolutely wanting you to be satisfied with your car and deal. Please go see him. I walked away with a car I absolutely been wanting for years at a super price with awesome mileage! Let me add that I shopped online and went in for a test drive. I was in and out within 2.5 hours! Start to finish, with a full tank of gas and a car wash with detail!!!!
My experience with showcase honda was actually not bad like i thought it may be. my experience nissan was TERRIBLE. It did take forever as it does with any dealership, but Showcase Honda was immensely helpful. Sasa is who I met with first & he helped me through the entire process and was SO friendly. It started at the car salesman, Aaron I believe, his desk is right in front and has tons of medals/awards lol But anyway, asked him to do the impossible and him and his financial guy (some man who played minor league ball lol) they did the impossible and I was not only surprised but thankful. MANNN F*** what these other reviews say. First time at this location & This location is good! Came in this afternoon to get my vehicle serviced. Gentleman by the name of Kevin was already there to greet me as I pulled up. Soon as my vehicle was taken to get serviced another gentleman was quick to offer me a water and showed me around their lounge area. Workers were respectful and quick.
This is my fourth Honda that I'm leasing through showcase Honda . I went in and talked to Hassan and he was so helpful and very knowledgeable . Most the time this could be a very painful process but he made sure I was always comfortable and the things went accordingly . I'm very happy with my new lease that I have at focus on you
