I went to the dealership to get numbers for a car, and everything was going smoothly until the car salesman made a comment that quickly shifted the conversation to something unrelated and rather unsettling. He mentioned the Illuminati. This made me so uncomfortable that I had to leave. After I declined the offer, the salesman continued to follow me out. Be aware there's a junk fee of a 3% surcharge on credit card transactions, which is a fee larger than a typical credit card merchant transaction fee that they have to pay (usually around 2%). It is not a charge from the credit card company and it is not illegal in AZ, though it is illegal in other states. I had a recall on my 2024 Honda CRV. I made appointment to get it done and my oil changed on Monday at 8:00am. Honda called at 7:30am saying they did not have the part for the recall. SI I will get oil done and have to go back when the part is in.

First of all, I want to say my salesman Isaiah was great. I didn't have a problem with him. I've purchased 2 cars in the past, not from here. I decided to purchase one from Showcase because they had exactly what I wanted. The problem I had was in finance with a man named Trey. I don't know who the f does the training for finance, but definitely needs to change how they go about things. I had a great experience buying the car but there is an open recall on my vehicle I've been trying to get support as it's a safety concern and after multiple attempts of contact I have yet to be helped. I will update if showcase Honda ever contacts me back on this issue.

It is absolutely unacceptable how this dealership takes care of their guests. I waited 4+ hours alone for my car to be towed to a safe location at night. Next, I explained throughly what I wanted done to replace my car keys and not pay extra since I have another one on hand. The service department ignored & gave false information to where I MUST pay $320 with guarantee I didn't have to. In addition, they charge for storage for your vehicle. Horrible interaction with members of sales team. Absolutely did not listen to what I had told them. They have to do a lot better than that to get my business.

This place will take advantage of you if you're not careful. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or because I'm not well-versed in cars, but I came in on 9/7 for a timing belt replacement (which I now regret not getting a second opinion on). After I politely declined their overpriced recommendations, my car suddenly broke down. When I had it TOWED back, they claimed there were 8 major issues with my car, amounting to $3,000. This is my 2 nd review on the same Tahoe 2021. Yes they replied after my review Sean called me we scheduled a service appointment. I again had to take more time from work to take it. Dan assisted me there very nice gentleman. Again nothing was wrong with the car. I told them that oil and fluids were not topped off when I purchased the truck so they did that " AT NO CHARGE " lucky me.
