I was shopping for a car, on a Sunday afternoon and Callie came outside to greet me. I told her I was looking for a hybrid or economy vehicle. She took me outside to the used car lot and walked with me from car to car answering my questions. Callie was very professional, relaxed, friendly and informative. This is my second time going to Showcase for help with my vehicle. The last time it was a dead battery. This time it was a fuel line issue. Austin was thorough. He not only contacted me back in the window he said he would, but explained what the issue was. When I explained I had a warranty to use, he promptly reached out and took care of the claim for me.
