I would give 10 stars if I could just for Cassie herself. She is amazing at her job and does not try to sell you on anything like all the other service attendants. She is straight to the point and knows her stuff! Love to see her working 10x harder than the all the other (male) employees. I have come in here multiple times with my leased vehicle and she is the only person I will continue to use moving forward. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the sales department is awful. 5 stars for Cassie Allen! When my oil light came on, I called Showcase Honda and Cassie immediately fit me in! Wonderful!! She gave me the impression that SH really did want to provide stellar service and take care of Honda owners! The 3.5 stars are for the fact that they no longer wash your car, while they have a waiting room- there are no magazines to read, 1 television to watch (with no car ads) and they Do Not call your name if your vehicle is ready. So amazing, we are first car buyers a family of 3 Amazing experience. I felt anxious about going because you know a dealership brings that out. But we got greeted and went straight into we are young and was worried about getting ripped off but we felt comfortable I had no shady feeling about it. They really do try to give you the best of the best. I went home not regretting my choice thanks to James granger,Rosco & Mohan .

5 STAR SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND After an initial mishap on the dealership's end, the Showcase sales team went above and beyond to make it right. Upon finding out about this mishap, New Car Sales Director Amir profusely apologized and ensured they would make up for their mistake. Went to Showcase Honda to get a extra key. Was greeted as I stepped out of my car by a worker who took me inside. Richard E. York greeted me and I told him I needed a spare key for my car. He said it would take 90 minutes and had me sign a contract to make the key. He took me to the waiting room and took my car to the back. The waiting room has AC and there are abundant seating. I was going to buy an SUV that I saw on their website. Aaron McDonald was the gentleman I was in contact with. He explained the process of a $500 deposit/hold for the vehicle. Mr. McDonald emphasize that for any reason, I did not like this vehicle, the $500 would be refunded. He also strongly encouraged to take a thorough test drive. I have not shopped at Showcase Honda prior to this past Saturday. I had an appointment with Ismael Lopez, sales consultant, to look at a certified pre-owned Honda Passport. Mr Lopez greeted my wife and me with a wide smile and a hardy handshake. Mr Lopez state he is old fashion in how he treats his customers and the services he try's to provide for each individual customer. Integrity, honesty and total dignified respect for all people. I have purchased 9 cars and this was the most efficient deal. The salesman was new but very polite and professional. The one hiccup when it came to interest rate--the manager took responsibility and compromised on a resolution. I know this dealership gets poor reviews but if you are informed and have done your research...I'm sure they will make you the best deal in the valley. Thank you for following through on your word Honda Showcase.

We where just here yesterday, the staff were friendly and very informative. We had been to many of the dealerships around but picked Honda due to their service and pricing Johnny helped us he was super friendly and was not pushy just presented us with all the info to make the best pick for us! I would recommend this location
