If I could give zero stars I would, I don't even know where to begin with how bad my experience was. I went to test drive a vehicle and when we got back I had my friend help me check the lights and some other things to make sure everything worked. The salesman laughed at the fact that I wanted to check these things then proceeded to tell me that I have nothing to worry about because they do a 200 point check on all of their vehicles. 8am appointment for routine oil change, mentioned minor secondary issue with key fob. After waiting 2 hours, told we were still 'in line' for fob for issue so hadn't even started on oil change..it'd be another hour and a half for that. Unbelievably poor customer service. Extremely disappointed and will probably not come back here for service.
I've gone to this place for 2 cars. My first and my second. I was looking into trading in my Honda accord due to the payments being a little high and moving to snow. I'd scheduled an appointment with them but ended going with another dealership and found a car trade. This gentlemen then reached out to and in the end was very unprofessional. Moving or not I wouldn't go back here simply because of this. Didn't even ask why or anything
While I had a great experience working with Shantell J. on the sales side (5/5 excellent), the overall experience was disappointing. Shantell had an amazing personality and really took his time with me. He made the process feel comfortable and personal, and I truly appreciated that. I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee 4 months ago. There was a noise in the tire area. They said I will have a warranty. The noise is prominent and I took it into a local dealer. The dealer said that it was my struts and mounts, that Showcase gave me the cheapest warranty available and it doesn't cover what I needed. Then, it took 4 months to get my license and registration. The sales team at Showcase Honda knowingly sold us a car that had been infested with rats and contaminated with rodent feces and urine. We have no doubt that once they got it to the dealership, they became painfully aware that their buyer had made a terrible purchase at auction. Showcase Honda prioritizes making a sale over honesty and integrity. Their staff lack sufficient knowledge, use manipulative upselling tactics, and fail to follow through on promises. I will encourage everyone I know to not make a purchase from them.
Bought a car that didn't work 3 days later, they didn't care, they couldn't fix it. Landed up having to trade the car in for one that worked and took a huge loss in negative equity
I brought my car to Showcase Honda for a scheduled service appointment due to two warning lights: "keyless start problem" and "emissions system," along with a routine oil change. What followed was one of the most frustrating and disappointing dealership experiences I've ever had.
