I have had nothing but great service, communication, and professionalism from Showcase Honda. They have always treated me right the first time and every time. I setup an appointment time to drop the car off, meet my service technician at the car and they take it from there. Always call and notify me of the problem and find a solution that fits my budget and needs. If I had other Honda vehicles to work on I would not hesitate to take it there. Thank you guys for being such a reputable company and caring for the community.

I had an initial interaction with Showcase Honda which left me uncomfortable and led me to post a negative review. The issue was essentially communication about the repairs that needed to be done. I felt as if all of the info/ justification for the repairs had not been presented to me. HOWEVER - Showcase Honda followed up with me after I posted my initial review. I walked into Showcase Honda after a nightmare experience at another Honda dealership and I was so happy to meet Nicholas LeJander. I purchased my Honda Ridgeline from him with the help of Trey in the financing department and they truly restored my faith in Honda dealerships, salesmen, and overall business practices. They were so nice and helpful, and kept me laughing throughout the day. They went the "extra mile" for me and I would recommend them to anyone!
We were genuinely excited about the 2016 Honda Odyssey we purchased from this dealership--but the excitement quickly unraveled. Just 29 miles into driving, the check engine light came on. A diagnostic scan revealed four moderate fuel system codes (P0172, P0175, P2097, P2099), alongside shaking at highway speeds and while braking--indicators of serious preexisting mechanical and emissions issues. Update: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Very shady and shouldn't even deserve 1 star. After finance took their sweet time giving me the signed contract, they finally sent it over and I reviewed it again. They slipped in the dealership's third party financing over what I requested multiple times to use my bank of choice with my pre-approval loan. Thoroughly read your contract and read these reviews... Clearly, nothing is being done about these financing tactics, "dealer add-ons", and additional warranties/coverage.
TL;DR: Don't waste your time going here. No deals, overpriced, manipulation tactics. They don't honor what they say online or on the phone. They waste hours of your time, give you some "deal" paper they don't allow you to take. They say "I don't want to waste your time" which is just code language for "I'm going to waste your time so you feel pressured to buy this because you feel like you lose something if you go without it." Buyer beware! We purchased a beautiful, almost new, used Lexus from Showcase Honda. No complaints about the car. However, this is a warning to beware of the "deal'! We agreed to a number for our paid-off trade and a final amount owed. Although we intended to pay cash, they told us to finance and we would get a better deal. while we waited for the finnance guy, the sales rep came by to ask how we intended to pay the $5000 cash down.
