I will be opening a case today. In am also going to open a case with the ************************ this Company needs to be investigated. They took payments out of my charge card and say they didn't get the money when they actually took over what they should have. I had to get 6 months of Credit Card statements sent to me so I can prove they took this on my MRI. Been fighting this for 5 months! THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I would give them zero stars if I could. Their financial practices should be illegal and they should lose their license to practice. Their policy is not to perform the service until you pay them what they say your insurance will not pay. It turns out they overcharged me $171 back in February, 2023. It is now 6/6/2023 and they are still holding my money. I called middle of March about my overpayment, and was told to call back in 30 days. I called on 4/18/23 and asked about my refund. If I could choose negative stars, I would. They said I had to be there early for paperwork, then made me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. It was obvious by the number of people there that they overbook. I will not be going back. Ever.

I received a bill that showed I owed $971.00 that did not include my insurance info. I contacted customer service and was told that they did not receive any of my insurance info. I provided the rep with my info and was told to allow ***** days to update. I then received another bill 1.5 months later and called back to customer service and spoke with another rep who informed me that they didn't have any insurance info. This is the worst medical facility I have ever dealt with, I went there in November of ****. They over charged me $150.73. I have been calling every 2 weeks and they keep telling me it is in process and should get my money within 30 days. Eight months later I still do not have my money.

The practitioner who did my MRI was lovely. HOWEVER, their financial practices should be illegal. Their license should be revoked. Repeated issues with scheduling, rude reception staff. Today, we arrive for a scheduled ** on an infant. They take our money. We wait 45 minutes past our appointment time then are called back only to them be told NO. They don't have pediatric equipment. From scheduling to check-in, not one person could figure that out?! This company very simply does NOT CARE about people. Period.

Front-desk receptionist stated I had to pay upfront for services, even with valid insurance. I was billed close to $400. My EOB shows the insurance company paid almost the same amount, and I was only supposed to pay my co-pay for service which is less than $50! No luck trying to contact them about this double-dipping. I just saw that ABC15 news did an expose "Let *** Know" which shows other customers having the same issues with billing. They are encouraging ** to file with the BBB, and that is what I am doing.

My doctor's ********************** **** was booked so I outsourced and scheduled several CT and MRI with Simon Med. My doctors claim to have never received their reports although the ***************** received their bills. I've spent the last 2 months begging Simon Med to fax copies to the ordering physician and having my physicians saying they still haven't received.
