I think everyone is tired after the holiday,the service is very slow.
The room was so dirty and the TV didn't work I just wish never stay in this place.
It was ok not the best experience we've had. The cocktail waitress only gave bye once out of 4 hours of us playing.
Room was clean... desk staff were very nice and when I ordered room service they said it would be upto 1 1/2 hours which was fine with me because all the eateries were closed by 10:30.... they got my meal to the room in 30 minutes!!! only issue was no iron in the room, a.c. didn't keep the room cool and a security guard was rude.
Has gone down hill. Do not care its a holiday weekend. Should have some tabes with decent prices. And the pit bosses are rude. And i mean rude. The cal neva is a much better atmosphere. And has decent priced games. Not everyone wants tonspend 50 a game

What I found today was really disgusting... 1. Dirty refrigerator 2. Dusty and sticky night stand 3. Bed sheets with many wholes, blood spots and 2 someone's hairs 4. Shower's curtain looks bad, smells worse 5. Someone's hairs in the shower 6. Moreover, they didn't even vacuum the carpet I can't upload the pictures, but guys I recommend all of you to check your rooms very carefully after check in... 3 stars only for casyno!!! The Casyno is wonderful!!! Love it!!!!
Old bathroom, view of air conditioning 3 small tears in the bed sheet, room was not ready at 4:00pm, let alone 3:00, which was check in time. Huge line to get checked in. For $170.00 a night in Reno, I truly expe ted more for our money!
