First off, the Casino's amenities are up to date but the service and the hotel, I think not. For one thing, highly over priced plus added resort fee?!?!?! of $75!!! Ya no. For the 2 night's I spent almost $300 for a shitty hotel that hair pubic hair all over the bathroom walls, terrible shower head that felt like I was gonna be knocked down by the extreme water pressure. We always stay but this time wasn't even close to out other stays
Not as great as everyone said it was. Too many kids running around.
Changed slots from several months ago. Tighter and not many winners this weekend. Quiet and people did not look happy. They took out the bank of original Platinum Quick Hits, our favorite machines! They also downgraded my Premium status without telling me until I checked in. The Rewards Center customer service rep was terrible. I was trying to find out about my downgrade and he acted as though it was an outrageous request. Time to look into staying at a different property. Atlantis had looser slots
They won't try to accommodate their guest when they make a mistake. I made reservations 3 months ago for 2 complimentary nights that they offered me along with 2 complimentary concert tickets. I received the 2 tickets BUUUT when I arrived the other night they had NOOO record of my complimentary room. They were RUDE and told me I had to pay full price if I wanted to stay there. Absolutely terrible casino. I've been trying to get ahold of one of their casino managers, who was supposedly handling a case I had with them and haven't heard back since the super bowl. This casino stole money from me and management handled it in the least professional way possible. It's a shame that they're allowed to get away with the sneaky stuff they pull
I like Silver Legacy I've stayed there for years business trips anniversaries birthdays this time it was different. I know they're busy on the weekends . We got I'm not sure it's not a total sweet or junior suite with a hot tub in the big shower blood all over the light switch the bathroom sink wasn't clean the floor wasn't vacuumed there was a use bar soap by the hot tub kind of disappointed then you had people yelling screaming running up and down the Halls people smashing on the doors and next day I'm pretty much done wit... read more
Need updates, room smells like smoke and I got headache from it. No Microwave and Refrigerater in my room,25. floor Staff was very friendly.
