They didn't know that we would stay until Monday, they inactived our room card on Sunday. When we brought hot meal back to the hotel, we were planning to enjoy our hot meal and watch our favorite TV show in the room. Because of the careless of the staffs who inactived our room card, my husband needed to bring the card back to the 1st floor and have them to re-activate the card. you should have kept the locals 2 for 1 buffet on thursday. the buffet is only so-so to begin with.
Nice room. Tight machines and zero cocktail service. The cutting of staff really shows. Not sure about the merging with Eldorado and Circus Circus. It's just not the same.
We always stay here and have never had issues. This time, it was different. We looked out our window, and someone engraved on the snow in one of the rooftops "Build the wall". Probably a Trump supporter employee(assuming because of limited access to rooftops). I felt it to be very inappropriate, if it was an employee. My wife and I enjoy Silver Legacy. We just think that with it being 2017 that it is time for casinos to bite the bullet and shut down smoking. The cig smoke inside could have been cut with a knife on New Years Eve. And, here it is now Jan 2nd and we are both in bed at home still hacking crap out of our lungs feeling like crap. It's high time the casinos take the health and well-being of ALL of their patrons into consideration. Went to the Huey Lewis concert. Set up was good, place is clean. Problem..if I had noticed the water fountain first, I wouldn't be writing this. Asked for a bottled water..I got a small 8oz bottle of water and was charged $3! Seriously! For price of the tickets, it should have been free! Or...for that little bottle, 50cents
No rolling bed? no extra blanket? Even they ran out the honey when we were in the buffet. Oh my god, we did not get our rolling bed and extra blanket when we have stayed for two nights. they told us just keep calling the front desk, we did and all the answers we got are : this weekend is too busy and we ran out everything. We have played all the times in the casino since 1991. Silver Legacy should treat us(casino guests) nice. Am I right?
