Was told a free luxurious Suite to come spend our money, got a basic room. Parking was a big issue, took about an hour because valet parking lost keys to some car and the slots were so tight. Bed was uncomfortable extra pillow was the size of a throw pillow. Breakfast at the buffet was good though
Used to be my FAVORITE casino/hotel. On my last stay on 29Apr17 the rooms were dingy (looked old and run down), staff appeared beat down (doing the best they can with, obviously, less than desirable management/resources), Fairchild's changed to Pearl and service was terrible (had to hunt down a server to order, have our food delivered and pay the tab), and the overall experience left me feeling like the Grand Dame was now the barfly at the end of the bar. Sad how it's gone down so fast. New owners obviously don't care.
The stay was great until we asked house keeping to bring us up something at 5PM sat around waited for an hour they didn't show. So we got back to our room at 11PM had a voicemail saying they came by at 5:30 PM no response. So we tried again, asked if it was too late in evening to have house keeping drop back by waited up for another hour called again, nothing! This place has horrible customer service. Will not return.
Resort fees will keep me away. I think I used wifi ,, that was it. Just traveling thru.
You guys charge for early check in which is total BS. The room is ready why not extend the courtesy to your customer? The $28 charge has lost you a customer.
I was there on Saturday n when I was leaving I need to use the restroom n I was having trouble breathing n walking so My husband's ask a guard to help me so he call n told they what was going on n they went n got me a wheelchair to take me to the restroom n then to.my car I felt very please especially when I had four guard
They don't like Black people. Or just me my wife and kid's
Very disappointed in the oyster bar manager screaming at his employees in front of the customers and just watching the employee tearing up .Only because he was having trouble breathing ,And sat down for a minute and for the manager I wish you could see your self in his shoes asthma is no joke
