No exhaust whatsoever in a smoking room. No exhaust in bathroom. No fridge, microwave (items even motel 6 has). Sticky something in 2 dresser drawers. Very, very disappointed, NOT the Silver Legacy I remember from 3 previous trips. Shelley Peach Anderson 6/6/2017

First time here. Very disappointed. We were locked out of our room for over an hour. The had to call the locksmith. All we got was I'm sorry. The took the pillows we had and when I called to get them back the front desk said sorry we are out. ☹️ Disappointed we come up every year for Basketball tournament. Won't be back. Staying at the Atlantis!

Had dinner at the steak house worst food ever they didn't know how to cook at all I'll never eat there again then they charge me full price after the messed up my whole order not fun at all.

Truly bad and rude service. Kids had to sleep on floor no blankets, no pillows and no role up bed. Their reasoning we at too busy and sold out. It was not worth our money.

So, as I've posted multiple times my disdain today, this place has gone downhill. Check your receipts. If you like a sauna in the casino, this may be your place. If you are ok with a 48- hour cancellation instead of a 24-hour one in the rest of Reno, this may be ok. And if you're good with them saying they won't charge mandatory gratuity, yet sneak it on the tab, by all means, stay here. I used to LOVE Silver Legacy....since I turned 21! I don't think much of the Silver Legacy Resort ghost people that have trouble with the heater the shower all the noise in the hallways and for $300 a night you guys stink you should have gave him and another free stay I would recommend you to anybody thank you

When we booked our room we asked for a refrigerator for our meditation. We then had to ask again when our luggage was delivered to our room. It was finally delivered at 9:00 at night after a phone call to the front desk. Wanted to shower after a long ride, No shampoo, 2 conditioners and a lotion. The next day we asked for coffee for the coffee maker, they brought coffee but No cups. The hallways were smoky and entering the elevators, the casinos were very smoky, couldn't stay, had to go outside just to breath.
