We were so excited to go here and read great reviews but this is very far off. We went at 4pm and lines were very long. We were told in line that masks must be worn. But as we got up to the top of the mountain I noticed many of people with not only masks pulled down to their chin but people with not masks at all. I told 2 people on the staff and the manager in blue told be “ this is a private property and we have no right to enforce mask wearing we can only suggest it”. I had people behind me that were not wearing masks ... read more

We got there at 2 left at 245. The service was horrible. We were scared to go in the snow room from the trail of mud and black ice. There were more adults without masks in the snow room then there were children I could have thrown 200 dollars out the window and felt better. Its completely Bojanky.

My wife hurt her back on the family hill. I believe this could be prevented by taking the bump out of the bottom of the hill. The tube hit the bump, She went flying up and then straight down onto her tailbone. She was in tears for quite awhile and is still in pain a day later. I suggest that you make the redesign ASAP so this does not happen to another unsuspecting person

Overpriced! Why am I paying $35 to watch my family slide down slides? I can happily pay $35 for 2 hours of slide time but for family members that are not able to ride that attraction they should NOT have to pay $35. There is absolutely NOTHING in the "village". Very disappointing! There is so much that could have been done to make it a great experience for all members of the family, sadly they fell short. A lot of money for nothing!

Get there after spending $80 on general admission, then want to hit me with additional $15 parking for two hours. Complete BS! Also I was having to pull a raft up a conveyor belt that was too narrow and the raft would drag on the sides. Making it very difficult for any small person to hang on to.

2 stars because the igloo and the slope were the only good things. It’s over priced ,knowing there’s NOT a lot to do . Not a lot of food options( there was only like 5 stands that I seen) .One of the ladies at the lemonade stand was rude. Why be at the register if your gonna be rude. But the snow was fun and the kids had a good time for a lil while . We did everything twice and still left in under two hours . Definitely don’t dress up too cold only the igloo is cold soon as you step out your hot all over again . I wouldn’t... read more

First time to the park. The front entrance attends were not very forth coming with greeting and providing information as where to park, how to get to snow cartridge since it shares ground with another attraction (tree topper). The weather was warm and the slides were melting didn't get the fun affect we were looking forward to. Artic igloo had ice not snow to crowded to build a snow as advertised. Visit was a disappointed not worth the money.

Not enough tubing lanes were open, especially for single riders. Indoor dome smelled strongly of diesel fuel, and the overall size was smaller than expected. Poor quality snow which was mainly compacted and icy, didn’t leave much to play with. Since we went during the earlier time slots, none of the alpine village was open so we couldn’t even buy snack for the kids.
