Would not recommend. First me and my family went on the slide and my mom and grandma fell and no one helped then my cousin was getting off the slide and couldn't get up and again no one helped. Sadly when we were getting food our food was frozen and there was only 5 stands open. I'm sorry but I would not recommend at all

The snow was dangerously slick and there was too many people in the alpine village igloo, the employees were not friendly nor helpful, and was told one time that my son could go on the tube only to be told the second time we went on it that he was too small. We were shoved in the family tube with another family, who were not wearing masks, and not following cdc guidelines.

There were minimal options for food and beverage. The snow igloo/indoor space for the children was inadequate and overcrowded. The “snow” inside the kids area was a giant block of ice, there were to many people inside to even attempt to play in there with our little one, and it just left a lot to be desired. The slopes themselves were not terrible you can’t mess up a downhill slope in a tube but even during our allotted timeframe there were long lines we found ourselves having to wait 15-20 mins to get on the slopes and it d... read more

A very big disappointment for the price. I paid $85.00 dollars for three tickets and then an additional $14.00 dollars for parking when my husband is disabled. He should not have had to pay anything. The vendors were terrible not enough of a variety and the igloo there should have been real snow falling and it could have been colder in there should have had all the fans on. The snowy slopes was nice but not worth the time or the money!! Not recommended!! Improve your park and don't charge for handicapped. I will never again ... read more
